Lama Chodpa Relaxation Tibetan Incense is a handcrafted product designed to help relieve tension and promote relaxation. Made from 31 wild-harvested and stone-ground medicinal herbs, this incense is prepared according to centuries-old Tibetan monastic recipes.
The process of making Lama Chodpa Relaxation incense is completely natural and traditional. The herbs are mixed only with water and then dried in the sun near the monastery. No wooden sticks, artificial fragrances, additives or binding agents are used in its composition.

All the ingredients used in this incense are blessed, one of them is even the subject of a 9 day, 12 hour a day blessing ceremony by 150 monks.
After the ninth day of blessing, it is placed in a protective Dharma room to be blessed once a day for a whole year by a meditation master before being used in incense.
