Carcadet Bissap Hibiscus Bio 4 KG

Recipe for 5 liters of drink.
- 90 grams or 5 cups of hibiscus flowers (bissap).
- 5 and a half liters of water.
- 250 g of sugar.
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.
- 1 pinch of nutmeg.
- 4 tablespoons of orange blossom water.

Rinse the hibiscus flowers and soak them in very hot, almost boiling water, 10 minutes is enough, while mixing.

Allow to cool then remove the Bissap from the container.

The additions can be multiple, pineapple, fresh mint, lemon, according to your taste.

Being very bitter, this drink deserves to be well sweetened, taste well before serving.

Chill and serve very cold.
Prepared well, this drink is pure bliss.
