• 250 g of sugar.

Rinse the flowers and soak them in hot water (almost boiling) for 10 minutes while stirring.
Let cool, remove the flowers, then add the other ingredients according to your tastes (lemon, fresh mint, pineapple, etc.).
Soak generously to balance the natural bitterness of hibiscus, then cool and serve well fresh.
